As many of our products are hand made to order most orders will be despatched within 1-2 weeks of your order being placed. All orders sent within the UK are sent with Royal Mail 2nd Class Postage and international orders are sent with Royal Mail International Standard.

 

UK orders should arrive with 3-7 working days of despatch and international orders within 2-6 weeks. If your order has not arrived after this time has passed please get in touch with your order details.

If you wish to return an item please get in touch within 14 days of receiving your order. Please note that we do not provide return shipping costs and will issue a refund as soon as the returned item has arrived back with us providing it is in the same condition as you received it.

If there are any problems with an item you have order please get in touch with your order details and we will try our best to fix the issue as soon as possible.

All orders are sent with standard shipping by default but tracked and signed for shipping is available at an additional cost.

All purchases made through our site are completed through PayPal in order to offer the best buyer security possible to our customers.

Almost all of our clothing products are available in sizes S – XXL but additional sizes are available by custom order for a small fee.

All of the products sold by Luna Lotus are available for whole sale. If you are interested in placing an order please get in touch by email or the contact form with your business details and request a wholesale price list.
